  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in: 3pm–10pm
    Check-out: by 10am
  • Is day-use available?

    We’re sorry. Day-use is not available.
  • Can we book for a private group?
    Depending on the season, group bookings may be accepted. Please contact us for details.
  • When do cancellation fees apply?
    Cancellation fees (including changes in the number of guests) are as follows:

    ・31 days or more before stay: Free
    ・30–15 days before stay: 30%
    ・14 days to the day before stay: 50%
    ・On the day / no-show: 100%
  • Are there cases where no cancellation fee is charged?
    No fees will be charged if a disaster or other situation prevents roads or public transportation from functioning.
  • When is payment due?
    Payment should be made from the time the reservation is completed until the day before arrival.
    If the stay is booked with less than one day before arrival, a separate email will specify the payment deadline.
    If payment or contact is not made by the deadline, the reservation will be canceled.
  • Can I pay by credit card?

    Yes, credit card payment is accepted, but only until the day before the stay.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are only allowed in the Dog Run Cabins.
    Dogs may stay on the terrace, in the private dog run, and inside the cabin.
  • About the Rooms

  • What is the maximum occupancy?
    Suite Cabin / Dog Run Cabin: up to 6 guests
    Standard Cabin: up to 5 guests
  • How many beds are there?
    Standard Cabin: 3 singles, 1 double
    Suite Cabin / Dog Run Cabin: 4 singles, 1 double
  • If we book two cabins for friends or a two-generation family, will they be next to each other?
    Please let us know by phone after booking.
    If the reservation is under the same representative’s name, we will do our best to place rooms nearby.
  • Are the rooms non-smoking?
    Yes, all rooms are non-smoking. Smokers may use the terrace of each cabin.
  • Facilities

  • What amenities are available?
    Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, toothbrush set, razor, towels, bath towels, relaxing loungewear (samue), slippers.
  • What cooking equipment is provided?
    Frying pan, pot, knife, cutting board, chopsticks, peeler, ladle, spatula, plates, colander, bowls, cups, mugs, chopsticks, forks, spoons, knives, cling film, aluminum foil, kitchen paper.
  • Are dishes provided?
    Yes, dishes and glasses are provided for the number of guests.
  • Can I freely use the BBQ equipment on the deck (irori table, charcoal, tongs)?
    Yes. They are included in the accommodation fee and may be used freely.
  • Are oil and seasonings provided?
    Salad oil is provided. Other seasonings must be brought by guests.
  • Can we have BBQs or meals when it rains?
    All cabins are equipped with an awning tent.
  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Yes, each room is equipped with air conditioning.
  • Are there toilets and showers in the rooms?
    Yes, each cabin has a private toilet and shower.
  • Are kitchens and refrigerators available?
    Yes, each cabin has a kitchen and refrigerator. Other appliances include an electric kettle and microwave.
  • Is there a TV?
    No TVs are provided. Instead, tablets are available in each cabin.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, one parking space per cabin is free. Please contact us if more than one car is needed.
  • Meals

  • What should I prepare for BBQ?
    Guests should bring food, seasonings, oil, ice, etc.
    BBQ grills, charcoal, tongs, cooking utensils, outdoor tables, chairs, paper plates, disposable chopsticks, and cups are provided.
  • Can I bring my own ingredients?

    Yes. No extra fee. Feel free to use the refrigerator in the room.
  • Can I bring alcohol?
    Yes. You may bring alcohol, drinks, and food.
  • Can I bring my own BBQ grill?
    No. For fire safety, outside fire equipment is not allowed. Please use the irori provided in each cabin.
  • Until when can I order meals?
    Meals are not provided. Please use nearby restaurants.
  • Others

  • Can we do fireworks?
    No, fireworks are prohibited.
  • Are there shops nearby?
    Yes, there is a convenience store and a supermarket. Approximate locations:

    ・Ogino Yamanakako branch,

  • Is there a shuttle service?
    No shuttle is available. Please use your own car or public transportation.
  • How do I inquire about lost items?
    We generally do not contact guests regarding lost items. Please call us if you think you left something behind. All items will be disposed of one month after the stay.
    Food and drinks will be discarded for hygiene reasons.
